11/19/09 – Colonoscopy – routine exam
12/1/09 – I receive my invitation to dance
12/3/09 – Flexible Signoidoscopy – to “tattoo” the site. Several amusing episodes of peeing smurf blue.
12/7/09 – Further testing @ Hillcrest – CAT scan etc. – to check if the cancer has spread
12/8/09 – Blood tests return normal. A bit of good news!
12/10/09 – CT scan and x-ray normal. HUGE RELIEF!
12/28/09 – Surgery Day – all went as planned
12/31/09 – Went home from the hospital. All pathology reports are normal. Time to heal
1/12/10 – Surgical follow-up. Staples removed
1/18/10 – Back to work part time
1/25/10 - Back to work full time
